Caleb McCaleb
- Owner & President
Caleb McCaleb is the owner and president
of McCaleb Homes. Being in and around
the building and land developing industry for over 23
years, Caleb has earned the respect and a solid reputation
among his peers and the community. He graduated from
Baylor University and currently serves as president
of The Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association, Oklahoma’s
largest builder association. Named Rotarian of the Year
and achieving numerous other service awards, Caleb has
a strong commitment to community service. He enjoys
boating, hiking, cycling, and traveling with his family.

Terri
McCaleb - Co-Owner
Terri McCaleb is not only co-owner
of McCaleb Homes, she is also our interior
designer. She graduated from Oklahoma State University
with a degree in housing design and has worked off and
on with our customers for over 20 years, taking leaves
of absence only to raise her and Caleb’s three
children. She has taught interior design at the college
level, but most enjoys working one-on-one with our customers,
sharing her expertise to help them create their own
personally- styled interior design. She enjoys playing
tennis, attending her children’s sporting events,
and traveling with her family.

Andy
Means
- Sales Consultant
Andy Means is a sales consultant for
McCaleb Homes. He graduated from The
University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Journalism/Advertising
in 1992 and has been helping McCaleb home owners buy
and create their dream homes since joining the company
in 2000. He earned the CSP designation for new home
sales and has completed numerous sales and education
courses. Andy’s construction knowledge and positive
attitude makes establishing relationships and earning
his customers trust second nature to him. His responsibilities
include company marketing and meeting and introducing
new people to McCaleb Homes. He enjoys music, watching
football and relaxing with his family.

Darrell
Atchley
- Lead Construction Manager
Darrell Atchley is the lead construction
manager for McCaleb Homes. His 30+
years of experience began framing homes for his father
as a teenager, and later owning his own successful home
building company for several years before coming to
head-up construction for McCaleb Homes. Darrell is well-known
for his meticulous attention to detail and his high
level quality construction he demands from our trade
partners. He enjoys boating, hunting, and spending time
with his family.

Pat
Henderson
- Office Administrator
Pat Henderson is one of McCaleb
Homes’ invaluable office administrators.
She loves working with the many different customers
and trade partners she interacts with daily. She has
been with the company for two years and can always be
counted on for a warm and friendly smile and her “team
player” attitude. She enjoys spending time with
her kids, cooking and going to concerts.

Jennifer Hodgens
- Sales Consultant
Jennifer Hodgens is also a sales consultant for
McCaleb Homes. With 6 years experience in new home
sales, Jennifer loves the creativity and relationship-building part
of her job. After graduating in 2000 from the University of Oklahoma
with a degree in Marketing and Management, Jennifer lived in San
Francisco and Massachusetts working as a wedding coordinator. She
enjoys meeting new customers and getting to be “part of the
family” as she helps them work through the process of selecting,
designing, building and moving into their new dream home. She enjoys
traveling, interior decorating and trying out new restaurants with
friends.

Elizabeth
Walls - Office
Administrator
Elizabeth Walls also works as one of McCaleb
Homes’ outstanding office administrators. She has
a background in commercial construction and loves the everyday challenge
of working for a major residential building company. In her free
time, Elizabeth enjoys being outside with her two horses, running
and spending time with friends and family.

Danny
Tengram
- Job Completion Supervisor
Danny Tengram serves McCaleb
Homes as Job Completion Supervisor. He has
worked for the company for over eight years and has
the important job of taking a home from the paint stage
to completion, and he does all this with an enormous
amount of pride. There is likely not another person
more dedicated to creating a delighted and happy customer
more than Danny. When he’s not working, he enjoys
studying astronomy, going on mission trips, and playing
with his grandkids.

Bandy
- Customer Care Specialist
Brad Bandy is McCaleb Homes’
Customer Care Specialist and has been with the company
for two years. Brad takes each customer through a detailed
orientation of their new home prior to closing. He spearheads
our warranty department and becomes the point of contact
for any warranty following closing. Brad is an accomplished
musician and has traveled the world with various musical
groups. With his touring days behind him, he enjoys
playing music at local churches and spending time with
his wife who is expecting their first child.

Stephanie
Shinn
- Sales Assistant
Stephanie Shinn works as a sales assistant
to Andy and Jennifer. She recently graduated from The
University of Oklahoma with a degree in Nutrition and
Fitness, and has begun work on her master’s degree.
She loves meeting and introducing new people to all
that McCaleb Homes has to offer. She
enjoys watching sports, relaxing with her friends, and
having fun.

Andrew
Loeb
- Assistant Construction Manager
Andrew Loeb is an Assistant Construction Manager
for McCaleb Homes. He assists our construction
manager in the varied, day-to-day activities of the building process.
He is a dedicated team member who is always quick to lend a helping
hand when needed. When Andrew is not working, he enjoys music, sports,
and especially spending time with his wife and brand new son, Alexander.
