Dear Caleb, Andy & Everyone at McCaleb Homes,
As soon as we walked into your model home at Canyon
Lakes, we knew we had found our builder. Andy, you were
so patient working with us on the design details and
helping us modify the plans to be sure our furniture
would fit perfectly…and it did! Four months after
moving into our home, we continue to be thrilled with
the style and quality of our house. Every time we drive
into our driveway or sit out on our back porch looking
at the lake, we're still feeling that "wow we can't
believe this beautiful home is ours.
We especially appreciate all the help and answered questions
from Darrell during the construction process. And thanks
to Danny for making sure all the last minute items were
complete…and to Brad for the follow-up.We love
you guys and we can honestly say we would refer anyone
we know to McCaleb Homes!

Dear McCaleb Homes:
Just wanted to jot you all a quick note of thanks for
making the process of building our home an enjoyable
experience. We had heard many horror stories about couples
building homes and how it costs too much, it took too
long, there were so many hidden charges and they were
always getting hit with upgrades. We almost decided
not to build, then some friends of ours suggested we
talk to their builder, McCaleb Homes.
From the very first meeting we were treated like we
were their only family building a home. The process
of building our home from picking a design, adjusting
our layout, to the actual building of the home was so
smooth. The only issue we came across that put any crimp
in our plans was something from our home owner's association
- and Caleb helped us get that worked out. More importantly,
when my wife and I had ideas about something different
we wanted to do with the layout or the design of our
home, we were met with "let us take a look at things
and see if we can accommodate you", and most of
the time it came to be. Andy, Darrell and Caleb were
always willing to think outside the box to make our
home a truly custom home and allowed us to create what
we wanted, not what was easiest for them. Each of the
people we worked with from McCaleb Homes as well as
the sub-contractors knew how to walk us thru the next
step and were always honest about what we really needed
as well as what upgrades would add that extra special
touch to our home.
We host a lot of people in our home and we often get
asked the question, "Who built your home?".
